where's my tags?

ok, i decided to try changing things a bit.
got the color scheme of the lj changed, but now my tags won't show. 9.9

anyone know how i can fix it? or will it fix itself once i post a new entry?

btw- new user icon. testing it out.
since i feel like crying a lot lately, it seemed appropriate.
