My first return customer, she and her husband brought their little dachund this year. what a cutie! They were such sweet, sweet people and yet i keep forgetting to ask names!
Oh, well. I hope you enjoy the sketch and pet the doggie for me!

Have i mentioned just how cool James is? first met him back in '05 when darediva and i volunteered at wizardworld texas. he liked my stuff and asked to buy a sketch. saw him again at last year's CAPE and met his sweet wife, fairly. (sorry if i mis-spelled your name!)
we ended up not able to go to wizardworld this past november, but one of the reasons we looked forward to CAPE was to get to hang out with him again. Thanks, James. Let me know how Dan likes the Thor art and tell Fairly is was good to see her again.

I forgot to get the name of the guy who commissioned this one. He browsed my stuff earlier, after a friend bought a sketch of Atom-Eve from the Invincibles (that i forgot to get a photo of *d'oh!* i think the friend also bought an ashcan comic from me. can't remember.) anyway he returns and gives me free reign as to subject matter. he goes to enjoy the con while i begin to think. i notice in the front of the sketchbook are pencil sketches of the NCC-1701 D. once i saw that, i had to draw a star trek chick, but in the old retro uniform.

How much do you charge? I want something really cutsie and princessy or fairy like or flowery for Libby's room. I think it will be cool to be like.."Hey, mommy went to school with the artist" LOL

at CAPE i charged $10 for a monochrome (either all b&w or black lines with 1 color) or $20 for full color on 8.5" x 11" to 9" x 12". anything bigger than that will be extra.

how big do you want the art for libby's room to be?
